Jose Luis Padilla
President & CEO
Jose Luis is the first of a family of eleven to graduate from high school and college. He became a Broadcast Professional at an early age, and introduced many relatives to the industry. Jose Luis has over 30 years of media sales experience. Prior to launching Media Management Consultant’s Corporation, he held the role of Senior VP/General Sales Manager at Univision Arizona, KWHY Los Angeles, CNN Latino Local and National, and Azteca TV West Region, to name a few.
He sits on the board of the California Broadcaster’s Association, the California Community Foundation, and Arizona State University Walter Cronkite School of Journalism, where he has also participated as a Guest Professor.

Eduardo Gomez
Senior Vice President/COO
At MMCC, Eduardo is responsible for identifying new enterprises and partnerships, developing custom opportunities for agencies and retail clients providing ideas, solutions, strategies and excellent customer service.
Eduardo has over 20 years of sales experience within the television, retail and automotive industries, and extensive knowledge of Hispanic media. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business degree from Intercontinental University, Mexico City, Mexico
